Reports to: QA Supervisor

 

Job Responsibilities

 

General Responsibilities as QA:

 

1. Responsible for testing and inspecting of raw materials in process and finished products.
2. Ensures that all materials needed in the production are available
3. Receives all raw materials and ensures that all certificate of analysis are submitted by the suppliers
4. Prepares expiration monitoring sheets for all raw materials
5. Conducts analysis on in-process and finished products to ensure that all specifications are met
6. Prepare sample retention for all batches of products
7. Control the process and quality of goods during production; and
8. Perform other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.

 

Specific Responsibilities as Sanitation Officer:

 

1. Responsible for the overall cleanliness of plant premises and equipments used in production
2. Responsible for handling and monitoring chemicals inside the plant premises
3. Provides daily, weekly and monthly sanitation reports
4. Conducts daily plant inspection
5. In-charge in environmental monitoring
6. In-charge of daily monitoring on GMP of Personnel Hygiene
7. Suggest ways on how to improve the sanitary operations inside the plant
8. Perform other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
